Valentine is from Eastern Europe and carries himself with a bit of reservation about our loose, wild and free ad hoc art parties. Just kidding, He’s a highly educated artist that takes his work to a higher plain of abstract design. He inspires lesser artists to look deeper and think outside their ideas. He’s looking for a narrative of describing shapes in their linear forms with contrasting colors that define the planes. What he dose is not easy even though he makes it look so. I think its the wodka and careful planning letting him ease into it? This painting went on to show inside the hotel for many years until it was rotated out during a change in design use. He is a prolific artist and his works are turning up in shows and installations around the world. We think the world of Val and hope to have him join us again in future project.
